Maybe 2K is testing players to see if they would go beyond their morals to get powerful in the game. If a Big Sister came and stole your ADAM, it might drive the people that that usually save Little Sisters to drain them in desperation for the loss of ADAM they've been having due to Big Sisters draining it. I can see why the 2K team would give her that advantage. It may work in the story somehow; maybe she's harvesting all that ADAM for herself... or someone else; but it also serves as a purpose to test our moral limits.
