It is BioShock 2's launch trailer :D It was released some days before BioShock 2.

this is my absolute favorite trailer for Bioshock because of how it shows Delta using plasmids and how the Big Sister moves the water with her mind

Wait a minute! It's obvious that this trailer is about Delta since he's the only Big Daddy that can use plasmids, but at the brute splicer part you can see the back of Delta's hand; it doesn't have the delta sign (triangle) on it!
